I called to try to rent a jumper by phone and was told to do it through a website. When I placed my order it automatically added a delivery fee of over like 10 dollars and then it also added a fee for tip of 14 dollars and I didn’t notice till after placing my order, as I was having issues navigating the website. So when I called to cancel the order due to that, they refused but were easily able to remove the unnecessary fees. The day they brought the jumper, they brought the wrong one and hadn’t even noticed. They had taken it to another house. The jumper itself was clean and sturdy and the kids loved it.

Thank you for a wonderful service and the flexibility to move dates around due to the weird weather we have been having. Our event went smoothly thanks to the jumpers we had and the customer service. The drivers/delivery people were amazing and did an excellent job setting up. Truly pleased!

Only part I didn't like was the ordering, it was a bit confusing, I guess I did it wrong but on the day they were to come they went out of their way to fix it and the party was a success. We will definitely use them in the future. Everybody was very friendly and professional. Thank you

We had a great experience. The bouncer/waterslid was bigger than we thought, which made it fun for kids and adults. The kids loved the slide and had the best time. The crew came early to setup and were super friendly, kind, quick and professional. We would recommend their services to anyone.

I cannot recommend Kids Party SoCal enough. They were incredibly reliable, helpful, and so easy to work with. They had everything we needed for our son’s party and were very quick to respond to any questions we had. They also showed incredible kindness when things needed to be moved due to the Los Angeles fires. I will 100% be using them again!
